Signing up for any of our packages comes with 45 day Refund period after the date of the customer’s purchase. If a customer requests a refund, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer, in part or whole. If the return is for a recurring billing product, then the refund policy allows for the first payment to be returned within the 45 day period after purchase. The second recurring payment acts as a confirmation for the customers satisfaction.
Custom plans come with 7 day Refund Period, because of their complexity and needed dedication.
KolevSEO’s Cancellation Policy
The customer may cancel a recurring billing subscription products at any time. A cancellation means that no future rebills are charged to the customer’s account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund.
After cancellation occurs KolevSEO continues providing the services that the customer has paid for.
